Her sister, Rachel, mother of 3 1/2 year old triplet daughters, has the ideal life as a stay-at-home mother and is in a loving relationship with her husband, Adam. When at University she was brutally attacked and raped and she never told anyone about it. Events occur that Elizabeth conceals and she lives for years with the fear of it all coming out. A good novel with a good ending. --Suspense Magazine. We all struggle with different things. Luckily, these 32 novels are ready to sweep you away to vastly different eras and se...If You Only Knew: My Unlikely, Unavoidable Story of Becoming FreeThe writing isn't spectacular, but her goal in her writing as she states in the beginning is to tell her story as if you are both sitting at the table in her back yard. Welcome back. I just love her complete honesty. And I'm actually a little upset that it didn't have an epilogue. Also, the author spends the introduction and the whole first chapter building up to her story so that by the time you finally reach what she's been building up to (over 1/4 through the book) the story felt a little deflated.Read this book. What is Chloe hiding- and why? You will not regret it. I needed a breThis is the first book I’ve read by Kristan Higgins and I really enjoyed it! **A wonderful book for the woman who suffers from the shame of past sins about forgiveness and our new identity in Christ. It is gospel-saturated. She puts a lot of emphasis on community in Christ too - finding friends you feel safe with and who will hold you accountable.

I loved how they coped with their ups and downs. . ‘If You Only Knew’ is the latest novel from Kristan Higgins – but let me just be clear and say I wouldn’t call this a romance. Actually those aspects of the book were something of a detractor for me. The book is very riveting as we go along with Elizabeth while she tries to keep her life together which is increasingly becoming more difficult.

I think it is especially appropriate for young high school and college aged women who are asking those questions about whether or not to have sex, and why that decision is such a big deal. January 30th 2018 Susan Elizabeth Phillips is the only one who comes close. Elizabeth suffered a horrific event in college.

Thanks for a lovely book! Great book. So here we go...Elizabeth is a killer. One of the most relatable books I have read in a while.I recently discovered Jamie’s podcast and was excited to see that she’d written a book as well.

I can’t believe how much I loved this as I think of Kristan Higgins as big time Chick Lit, and I am not a huge fan of much of it or of KH's books in the past. “You don’t want to miss Love Her To Death by M. William Phelps, a book destined to be one of 2011’s top true crimes!” —True Crime Book Reviews “A chilling crime . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️There’s so many things to love about a novel from the amazing storytelling magician that is Kristan Higgins so let me count some ways for this 10 out of 5 star unparalleled novel about the incredible bond of sisters, letting go and starting over. There’s so many things to love about a novel from the amazing storytelling magician that is Kristan Higgins so let me count some ways for this 10 out of 5 star unparalleled novel about the incredible bond of sisters, letting go and starting over.Kristan Higgins is the New York Times, USA TODAY, Wall Street Journal and Publishers Weekly bestselling author of 19 novels, which have been translated into more than two dozen languages and sold millions of copies worldwide.

In her first book, Jamie Ivey does just this - shares her beautiful, broken, and redeemed story - to encourage her readers to remove the labels they put on their own journeys and to own how the gospel can truly work in our lives. This book had me in tears several times. Review to come :).Kristan Higgins’ romance contemporaries have always been an enjoyable escapism for me.

I wasn't sure if I was going to at first but I ended up absolutely falling in love with it.Having read this book, I actaully can't believe that it is the author's debut novel. She knows what it’s like to have sinned; grieved over her sin; and to have received the overwhelming love and forgiveness that Jesus offers to all of us. Another important point is A wonderful book for the woman who suffers from the shame of past sins about forgiveness and our new identity in Christ. One night while at university Elizabeth was riding her bike when a truck came upon her and knocked her down. See Melissa's and Jennifer's excellent reviews for all the reasons why this book was soooo enjoyable and entertaining.I’m not a fan of dual/multiple 1st person pov.

I'm quite pathetic, actually. I read this book in one day, because it was that compelling. Of course there were snickers, a snort or two, and laugh out loud as … It is emotional, very real, and damn funny.

She goes on to become a successful lawyer I was given a free digital copy of this book by Aria Publishing and Netgalley for an honest review. Chick-lit in its best form! This book was so full of little gems that inspired me and broke me down that I couldn’t stop reading and rereading Jamie’s words. Since then, she has become a lawyer, gotten married, and is raising a family.

Her sister, Rachel, mother of 3 1/2 year old triplet daughters, has the ideal life as a stay-at-home mother and is in a loving relationship with her husband, Adam.
It's amazing to read that this is Cynthia Clark's debut novel, and what a thriller it is.What a read! Forget it. What an opening!Great debut thriller. It's her one dark secret, the one she spent nearly 17 years trying to hide. I love the balance of humor and heartbreak she imparts as she builds an opposite attracts romance among the eccentric innate craziness of her small towns and their residents.

Is the past coming back to haunt Elizabeth even more? I feel that I got a chance to get to know her through reading "If You Only Knew" and appreciated the book for its vulnerability and Gospel-centered message—I mean truly Gospel-centered, as in she tied the work of Christ back into every mistake she's made and lesson she's learned—and for that reason alone I would recommend this book because I believe that God can Unlike many reviewers, I had no idea who Jamie Ivey was prior to receiving this book for review and had never listened to her podcast. Beautiful story.
